AI Workflow Orchestrator · 2024 – Present

  • Built a NestJS-based AI workflow engine with clear API/domain/infra layers, powering multi-step, multi-modal workflows (text, image, video, audio) across internal products and external APIs.
  • Modeled workflows as DAG / cyclic / agent graphs combining LLM calls, RAG, web search, tool execution, media generation, and sub-recipes; supports sync, streaming (SSE), and async + webhooks via BullMQ and Redis.
  • Integrated with multiple providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Replicate, Runway, custom in-house models) behind a vendor abstraction layer; used Redis-driven rate limiting and fallbacks to manage SLAs and cost.
  • Added observability with Elastic APM, ECS-style structured logging, RxJS streaming traces, and Kafka usage events (tokens, GPU metrics, cost attribution), now powering ~100% of AI workloads at Pepper.

Peppertype.ai (SaaS AI Content Suite) · 2021

  • Designed and built an AI-first content generation platform on top of GPT-3, one of the early beta integrations in India.
  • Chose and implemented a single-table DynamoDB schema based on carefully modeled access patterns, avoiding over-engineering and scaling issues while the product grew.
  • Redis caching and rate limiting plus ELK-based dashboards for performance and error monitoring.

GEO – AI Engine Visibility Tracker · 2025 – Present

  • Architected Atlas, a platform that measures brand/domain visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview.
  • Frontend: React + TypeScript with TanStack Router/Query and a URL-first dashboard architecture; BFF layer for orchestration/auth.
  • Core service in Golang with PostgreSQL + Redis and Asynq (Redis-backed) queues to orchestrate millions of prompt executions per day, with per-platform rate limiting and Puppeteer-based automation.
  • Implemented analytics such as Domain Share of Voice, Brand Mentions SoV, Mention Rate, Competitiveness, Z-scores, with daily rollups for fast querying and detailed lifecycle timelines for debugging.
